My role: Construction Project Manager. Managed restoration and seismic-reinforcement coordination at Bagh-e Melli Gate. The scope connected structural interventions with the preservation of original architectural elements in the historic gateway.

Structural reinforcement needed to be considered together with preservation of the gateway’s original architectural elements.

My actions & decisions

I coordinated execution interfaces between seismic interventions and heritage restoration.
