Project Brief & Scope
Clarify scope, exclusions, interfaces and decision owners.
Construction Project Management · Saeed Azarshab

My journey has progressed from Assistant Construction Project Manager to Senior Construction Project Manager, combining site delivery in Iran with remote BIM and preconstruction coordination for US projects. I connect construction management and BIM in a repeatable workflow designed to simplify coordination, automate suitable routine tasks and reduce avoidable errors. My UK career focus is supported here by a clearly identified England regulatory context.
Brief and responsibilities → coordinated model and issue register → programme and procurement links → quantities and cost review → site checks and change control → verified handover information. I have developed this combined management pattern to keep decisions connected. Automation is selective: repeatable checks, reusable records and status reporting support people; they do not approve design, guarantee compliance or replace site verification. No quantified time or error reduction is claimed without measurement.
My UK target does not imply a single UK-wide building code. This section uses England as its building-regulations jurisdiction, alongside applicable CDM duties. Laws, Approved Documents, information-management standards and contract forms have different status. These summaries explain the framework, not certified UK experience or a statutory appointment; project-specific requirements and transitional rules must be checked.
