My planning focus is a programme that reflects actual construction sequence, trade interfaces and constraints. My portfolio identifies MS Project and Excel as planning tools. Qom is presented at Assistant Construction Project Manager level, not as sole ownership of the project programme.
What I focus on
- Link activities, milestones and dependencies to work packages.
- Use look-ahead planning to identify labour, access and material constraints.
- Report progress and explain programme changes against the baseline.
