I create a comprehensive WBS to deconstruct the project into manageable components. This enables:

Contract and Document Review

I begin each project by thoroughly analyzing general and specific contract conditions, technical standards, and architectural/engineering drawings to:

Regulatory Pathway and Authority Liaison

I coordinate with local regulatory bodies (e.g., municipal building departments, engineering organizations) to:

  • Obtain construction permits

  • Submit design documents for approval

  • Resolve zoning, code, or site access issues early in the project

Stakeholder Briefings and Needs Analysis

Through kickoff meetings and early consultations, I gather input from:

    to ensure that all expectations and technical requirements are captured and documented.
