Niayesh Mall – A large-scale commercial and entertainment complex in Tehran with 75 units, including cafés, galleries, and retail spaces. As Senior Construction Project Manager, I led full-cycle planning, HR management, and strategic coordination to deliver the project to high-quality standards.
Tavanir Office Building – 10-story office/commercial project in Tehran with 36 parking spaces and 3 elevators. As Construction Project Manager, I led planning, risk management, and excavation stabilization via sheet piling. Despite design changes, the project met quality and timeline goals.
