Senior Construction Project Manager for selected commercial fit-out and public-realm packages at Niayesh Mall, Tehran, September 2022–January 2026. I coordinated client representatives, consultants, contractors and suppliers across interiors, services interfaces and external works.
Connected trade packages had to progress together while fabrication lead times affected the programme. In one selected package, a fabrication delay moved forecast completion from Week 40 to Week 42.
I reviewed programme logic, contractor capacity, lead times and recovery cost, then coordinated approved resequencing and split fabrication releases. A USD 18,000 recovery budget was approved for that package.
The selected package achieved actual handover in Week 40: two weeks recovered against the delayed Week 42 forecast. The wider portfolio separately records the Food Hall, leisure, restaurant, cinema public areas, café and external works.
Outcome scope: schedule recovery for one selected package. The 75-unit, approximately 5,500 m² Food Hall is presented as a separate portfolio entry.

A fabrication delay shifted the forecast by two weeks. Approved resequencing of two zones and split fabrication releases supported handover at the original Week 40 milestone.
My role: I reviewed programme logic, contractor capacity, procurement lead times and recovery cost, then coordinated the approved recovery action with supplier releases and site priorities.
