Construction management case study
My role: Senior Construction Project Manager. Coordinated specialist fit-out for Niayesh Mall’s leisure and family-entertainment areas. Managed installation sequencing and access across framing, decorative finishes, lighting and services interfaces.
Preparatory framing and specialist decorative installations depended on coordinated access, lighting and services interfaces.
I coordinated installation sequencing and the handover between preparatory framing, surrounding architectural work and specialist finishes.
The visual record connects framing and decorative installation with the completed leisure-area setting.
