Construction management case study
My role: Senior Construction Project Manager. Coordinated a phased café refurbishment at Niayesh Mall, from existing-condition review and strip-out to shopfront preparation, fit-out and completion. The images follow the frontage through each stage of the work.
Existing conditions and strip-out needed to inform successive shopfront and fit-out packages.
I reviewed existing conditions and strip-out requirements, then coordinated shopfront preparation and fit-out installation in phases.
Before, during and after photographs follow the frontage through to the completed café with its green awning.
The captions identify the material shown. Illustrative studies, preliminary drawings and demonstration interfaces remain labelled as such in the portfolio record.
