As Construction Project Manager, I managed multi-disciplinary teams to execute seismic retrofitting, architectural restoration, and facade reconstruction of the Qajar-era Zahir-al-Islam Mansion, balancing heritage requirements with structural safety and project timelines.
Parvin Etesami Hall Restoration – Heritage & seismic retrofit in Tehran. As Construction Project Manager, I led coordination across engineers, architects & artisans to stabilize structures, restore facades & interiors, and meet seismic, safety, and conservation standards.
