My role: Construction Project Manager. Managed heritage-restoration and seismic-retrofit coordination at Parvin Etesami Hall. Worked with engineers, architects and specialist artisans across structural stabilisation, façade restoration and interior fabric.

Structural stabilisation, façade restoration and interior fabric required coordination between technical and specialist heritage teams.
